§ 3. The Service, Payments, and Refund Policy

Nature of the Service: Analysis is generated by AI and is a probable hypothesis, not objective truth. Payment Terms: $20 USD one-time payment. No Right of Withdrawal: By making a payment, you consent to immediate performance and lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 38(13) Act on Consumer Rights).

§ 4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. It is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Service is provided "as is". Liability is limited to the amount paid.
