§ 2. What Data We Process, for What Purpose, and on What Legal Basis?

We process the following categories of data: User Account Data: Email address, user ID, password (hashed) when you create an account. Purpose: To create and maintain your account. Legal Basis: Necessity to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Data Necessary to Provide the Service (Your Answers): The answers you provide in the questionnaire. This data may include special categories of data (sensitive data). Purpose: To generate the personalized Analysis. Legal Basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) of the GDPR). Transaction Data: Payment information. Purpose: To process the payment. Legal Basis: Necessity to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Technical and Analytical Data: IP address, browser type. Purpose: Optimization, statistical analysis. Legal Basis: Consent for cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

§ 3. Data Retention Period

Account Data and Answers: Stored until you delete your account. Generated Analysis: Stored for 90 days. Transaction Data: Stored for the period required by tax laws.

§ 4. Data Recipients and Transfer Outside the EEA

We share data with trusted third parties: Google (Gemini AI & Analytics), Vercel, Stripe, Clerk.com, PostHog. Some are outside EEA; transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
